The Most Radical Prosperity Preacher Is Not A Man, It Is The Bible!

“I will increase not only the people, but also your animals. O mountains of Israel, I will bring people to live on you once again. I will make you even more prosperous than you were before. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”Ezekiel 36:11 (NLT)

Prosperity is not a fringe idea, nor is it the invention of “prosperity preachers” or a handful of denominations. Prosperity is the heart of God revealed from Genesis to Revelation. The message that God blesses, multiplies, restores, and supplies is not man’s idea—it is God’s Word.

The Bible is filled with covenant promises of fruitfulness, abundance, and increase for those who walk with Him. Jesus Himself declared, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). Hebrews reminds us that “God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6). Every blessing of God flows from connection—prosperity is covenant-based, never automatic, and always rooted in relationship with Him.

When the Bible talks about prosperity, yes, it speaks of money…and much more. Prosperity is God’s blessing of shalom—peace, fruitfulness, sufficiency, and abundance that enables His people to fulfill His purpose.

Following is a great Bible study. Below are over 70 scriptures that reveal God’s heart to prosper His people. Each verse is accompanied by a short recap and the full text in the New Living Translation (NLT).

As we have seen, the Bible is overflowing with promises of prosperity, fruitfulness, and blessing. Yet every one of these blessings is given in the context of covenant relationship with God. Jesus said, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). Hebrews reminds us that “God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6). Prosperity is not automatic; it flows out of connection, obedience, and intimacy with the Lord. When we put Him first, walk in His ways, and align with His purpose, the blessings of God overflow—not only for us, but through us, so that others may know the goodness of our God.

Closing Praise, Prayer, and Declaration

Lord, we thank You that You are the source of every good gift and every true blessing. All prosperity flows from Your presence, Your covenant, and Your promises. We praise You that in Christ Jesus, the blessing of Abraham has come upon us, and we are blessed to be a blessing. You alone are our Shepherd, our Provider, our Rewarder, and the One who satisfies us with good things.

Prayer: Father, we commit afresh to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to us. Teach us to walk in covenant obedience, generosity, and faith, so that every blessing flows through us to advance Your purposes in the earth. We reject the lie of self-sufficiency and declare that our sufficiency is of You alone. Thank You that You reward those who diligently seek You, and that prosperity is not automatic—it is the fruit of connection with You.

Declaration: Today I declare that I am in covenant with Almighty God through Jesus Christ. Every promise of God is “Yes and Amen” in Him. I seek first His Kingdom, and all these things are added to me. I am blessed to be a blessing. I walk in abundance, not lack. I live in overflow, not scarcity. I prosper in all things, and I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!
